Store Policy

All sets are non-refundable to switch out sizes. We offer two versions of sizing kits as well as a how to: measuring chart to ensure you order the correct size. Please don't hesitate to ask me if you require assistance with sizing. 

Once orders have been dispatched (Canada Post/USPS) and tracking is active, Manila Girl Nails is no longer responsible for the handling of the package if it is stolen/lost. It is advised to file a claim with your local post office; if your package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or damaged. 

Please ensure you provide us with the correct postal code/zipcode, apartment numbers, etc before you purchase or contact us immediately to resolve this issue. 

Manila Girl Nails prides itself for ensuring you receive the correct size and description for each order. All products are sent via bubble mailer with fragile stickers on each packaged order. Manila Girl Nails is not responsible if you incorrectly ordered or damaged sets in transit. 

Prior to dispatch we provide a picture of each order to send to our clients. If you purchased tracked shipping, tracking numbers will be sent out upon dispatch.

For sizing errors/design errors made by Manila Girl Nails, clients must contact us upon receiving the item and show a picture of their order receipt/note. 

Replacement nails can be made free of charge within the 1-7 days from the time of receiving the set. Clients must pay for postage for the delivery of the replacement. 

Please be sure of all custom request and let me know beforehand any details or preferences ahead of time, as once it is processed you cannot switch out or change it.  All add ons or changes will be charged accordingly. all sets cannot be processed until all of the above are read and followed.
